What is Superstition?

Superstition is goth with a wink, a funky dark disco, a chimera of sound, and an absolutely dance filled party. Each month offers something different as we bring together DJs with unique specialties. Our goal is to create an atmosphere of fun so you can have one heck of a great Friday night.

We also host special events that happen throughout the year like our 'Time Travelers Welcome' costume party and the upcoming 'In Dreams' costume party. These events are run by the Superstition team but have seperate themes and vary in the type of music you will hear. Beyond these special events we also promote and support our affiliated events like Jive, a brand new electroswing experience, that will be every first Friday of the month.

At the heart of each Superstition lies a desire to bring together entertainers who can weave together an evening of funky fun, goth and glam, and provide you with a Friday night of intense dancing and socialization.

Vudu:DJ brings his talents from DARQ (http://www.darqsalem.com/), Salem Massachusetts' only goth/industrial dance night, and applies them to the sounds of Superstition!

Joining him will be DJ Brian Halligan from Cirque--Diversity's Playground, a chic, intimate, world-class entertainment venue located in Lynn, Mass.
